How to order Aruma products

Aruma products are not registered on the ARTG and can only be ordered by a pharmacist upon receipt of valid prescription and TGA approval document. If you are a patient, please consult your healthcare professional.

How to open an account

Anspec distributes products on behalf of Aruma Labs. If you have received a valid prescription for an Aruma product and you do not currently have an account with Anspec, please download and fill in the account set-up form (Microsoft word document).

Once completed, please send it to “domesticorders @ anspec dot com dot au“.

How to place an order

Once you are registered with Anspec, you may either:

  2. TGA Approval*
  3. Doctor’s Name

  5. Quantity Required

*SAS A or B (Notice of decision to grant an approval – whole 3-page document) or AP Authorisation Letter

For a
REPEAT PATIENT PRESCRIPTION

  1. Patient Initials
  2. Patient DOB
  3. Doctor’s Name
  4. Product Name
  5. Quantity Required

Note: For pharmacies in Queensland, please also attach a copy of your PBS Sec 90 (Approval to Supply Pharmaceutical Benefits; Section 90, National Health Act 1953).
